Daniel St. John '26
Major: IDEAS (Mechanical Engineering and Technical Direction)
Originally from Hamilton, New Jersey, Daniel (he/him) is a senior in the IDEAS (Mechanical Eng. and Technical Direction) Program. Having begun getting involved in theatre in 6th grade, Daniel has taken on many roles in theatre, most notably being the Assistant Technical Director for The Lightning Thief. Here at Lehigh, he has served as the Assistant Technical Director for Proof and Antigonick; done backstage crew for This is Not the Play; Assistant Stage Management for Rags Parkland; and scenic construction since his freshman year.
Laurel Marx '26
Major: Environmental Studies and Earth & Environmental Science
Laurel Marx (she/her) is a senior from Lancaster, PA, majoring in Environmental Studies and Earth & Environmental Science. Laurel’s theatre journey began when she was cast in Anything Goes in 7th grade, although more recently - at Lehigh - she has been seen in The Bookstore (Candace), The Salonniéres (Madeleine de Sauveterre), The Lightning Thief (Chiron, Posioden, Others), Rags Parkland Sings the Songs of the Future (Ensemble/Live Camera), Bakkhai (Agave/Bakkhai), Chekhov’s Gun (Lilly Chekhov), as well as being on the Scenic Production Crew for all productions of the last three years, and Production Electrician for Passage. Outside of theatre, she is involved in the Lehigh Tap Team and Swing Dance.
Michael Zaleski '27
Major: Economics
Michael (he/him) is a junior majoring in Economics with a minor in Theatre from Coopersburg, PA. He’s performed as Sven/Neil/Anthony in The Bookstore, Bill O’Wray in Trouble in Mind, and Robert in Betrayal. In addition, Michael will be playing Rapunzel’s Prince in Into The Woods in Spring 2026. An accomplished student, Michael has received the Trustee's Merit Scholarship, Charles H. Traeger Memorial Scholarship, Gordon Kemp Scholarship, and Donald & Dorothy Stabler Scholarship. At Lehigh, Michael is also involved in the Gryphon Society, A Whole Step Up A Cappella, Phi Sigma Pi National Honors Fraternity (Fundraising Chair + Brother-At-Large), Marching 97 (trumpet player), and as a Tour Guide.
Melana Sheldon '27
Major: Psychology and Journalism
Melana (she/her)-who’s majoring in Psychology and Journalism- is a junior from Long Island, New York. She has been attending productions since she was a toddler. Melana began actively doing theatre at the age of 7. You might not guess it, but she worked at Jones Beach Theatre over the summer. At Lehigh, her previous Lehigh credits include: The Bookstore (Max Brewer, Jane Dricken, woman in gas mask), Wolf Play (Props), Trouble in Mind (Judy Sears), ANTIGONICK (Chorus), and Rags Parkland Sings the Songs of the Future (Ensemble). In addition to being on stage, Melana is Vice President of Recruiting Operations and Membership for the Sports Broadcasting Club, a Reporter for the sports section of the Brown and White, and the Communications Chair for Hillel.
Kayla LC Yee '28
Major: Management and Marketing
A Posse Scholar from San Francisco, Kayla (she/her) is majoring in Management & Marketing. At Lehigh, she played Wolf in Wolf Play and Cecilia in Fefu and Her Friends. Kayla is the Assistant Marketing Director for Lehigh’s Department of Theatre and is also involved in the Gryphon Society. She’s a recipient of a Performing Arts Scholarship and Williams Prize. Kayla’s excited to play the Narrator in Lehigh’s upcoming production of Into the Woods!
